We had a major failure with our community pool pump/motor. ARK Pools (Raymond) was willing to service it when other companies could not or would not. Raymond was very thorough and methodical in diagnosing the issues, even consulting the drive manufacturer to confirm its issues. Once the issues were confirmed, Raymond coordinated with Pentair for the most cost efficient and correct replacement. He got us up and running as quickly as possible. I highly recommend him for anyone having issues. ARK Pools is at the top of my list for any pool related issues in the future.

We were referred to Ark by the largest Florida retailer of heat pumps/pool equipment for installation of a newly purchased heat pump. That in itself was a big positive. Raymond made himself available the day before Christmas!! ... to remove the old unit and replace it with the new one. He called first to verify timing. Came on time. Was fast and yet took all the needed time to properly place the new unit for best performance, and complete hook up. He took the time to instruct on use. Cleaned up carefully. The heat pump has now been heating our pool perfectly for several days. Needless to say we are VERY happy! Thank you Raymond!!!
